Codecom has formalised a global installation partnership with Telesol Group, certified to install Codecom fibre systems internationally. Projects completed by Telesol Group are eligible for Codecom’s comprehensive 25-year product and system warranty, a commitment that now extends to deployments across APAC.

The announcement formalises what has been an established working relationship across multiple continents and several years of shared deployments.

A certified global standard

As Codecom’s footprint has grown across APAC, the need for an international installation partner has become clear. Not a reseller, not a preferred supplier, but a partner whose technical standards and operational discipline matched Codecom’s own.

Founded in Amsterdam in 2005, Telesol Group operates field engineering teams and 24/7 Network Operations Centres across three continents, with SLA-governed relationships with major optical networking operators dating back to 2012. Every project is closed with the same discipline with which it was opened.

That operational consistency is what the certification reflects.

Built on years of shared work

Before any formal agreement existed, Codecom and Telesol Group had already delivered it together. Multiple large-scale deployments across several years, executed to the same standards that this certification now makes official.

That work spans high-density fibre infrastructure for major data centre and hyperscale operators, carrier exchange upgrades in live environments, AI factory GPU fabric cabling, and multi-site enterprise rollouts. Each project was delivered to Codecom’s installation standards, with test results submitted and warranties activated on completion.

What the partnership means for international deployments

Organisations deploying Codecom fibre systems outside Australia now have access to manufacturer-quality installation, backed by a manufacturer warranty, delivered by a certified partner with a verified international track record.

Telesol Group’s engineers are trained and certified directly by Codecom. What is built in Singapore, Frankfurt, or Chicago is held to the same specification and warranted to the same standard as what is built in Melbourne.

The 25-year warranty: what it covers

Codecom’s warranty covers both manufacturing quality and installed network performance. Activating the full system warranty requires two things: genuine Codecom-certified products and installation by a Codecom Certified Installer. For international deployments, Telesol Group holds that certification.
