Warranty Statement

At Codecom we are proud to offer our customers a comprehensive 25-year Product Warranty.

Every Codecom product has been expertly designed and tested to comply with the relevant local and international standards, at the time of installation. We are committed to product quality and endurance, and have full confidence our products stand the test of time, when installed and used correctly.

Codecom products conform to the requirement of referenced standards, when installed in a network according to these standards and following correct network installation and maintenance practices, the products will meet performance requirement defined by standards.

We offer:

25 year product warranty.
If a Codecom product is founds to be faulty before installation Codecom will replace the product.
Once a product has been successfully installed by a Codecom Certified Installer test results must be submitted to Codecom for the 25 year product warranty to be valid.
Must be installed by Codecom certified installer.
Re-installation costs will be decided on a case by case basis. All Codecom installation procedures must be met in order to meet the guidelines for this additional warranty cost.
