The Codecom Cable Breakout Transition Modules provide a clean, protected entry point for incoming optical fibre cables into high-density splice chassis systems. Constructed from cold rolled steel with a black powder coat finish, the breakout module secures incoming cables and fans them out into individual protective tubes, which route directly into Codecom splice chassis and cassette modules.

The 144F variant accepts up to two loose tube cables and fans out into up to 12 × 5mm tubes for connection into the Codecom CCX, CXD, or LGX splice cassette modules. The 1728F variant is designed for high-density ribbon fibre applications, accepting a single ribbon cable of up to 1728 fibres and breaking out into up to 12 × 7mm tubes (144F per tube) for connection into the Codecom CHDS Splice Chassis. Both variants feature a zero-RU footprint, mounting directly to the chassis frame without consuming rack space, and include cable strength member retainers and cable ties for a secure, neat termination.
