The Codecom Mini DIN / Surface Mount Fibre Termination Box is a compact, low-profile solution purpose-built for discreet and reliable fibre termination in space-constrained environments. Weighing just 400g and measuring only 30mm wide, the box is designed to integrate seamlessly within poles, cabinets, and enclosures where a traditional rack-mount panel simply won’t fit.

Supplied with pigtails pre-installed and ready for fusion splicing, the unit supports up to 6 splices and accommodates either 3 duplex LC or 3 simplex SC connections. Bottom cable entry keeps the install clean, while the side wall screw opening provides straightforward access for splicing and maintenance. Both DIN rail and surface mounting hardware are included, providing flexibility across a wide range of installation scenarios.

The Mini DIN Termination Box is particularly well suited to Smart City infrastructure — including smart poles, street furniture, CCTV nodes, IoT sensor hubs, and WiFi access points — as well as industrial, mining, power control, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), and rail signalling applications where a small, reliable fibre termination point is required at the edge.
