The Codecom CMD QSFP Breakout Module is a cassette-based 40G to 10G transition solution designed for installation directly into the CMD modular chassis. Purpose-built for data centre environments migrating from or bridging between 40G QSFP and 10G SFP architectures, each module provides 16FO breakout via two rear or front MPO Elite 8FO ports — enabling structured, low-loss fanout within a single chassis bay.

Available in singlemode G.657.A1 with Grade A LC connectors and multimode OM4 with premium LC connectors, the modules integrate cleanly into any CMD frame deployment alongside MPO cassettes, splice modules, adaptor plates, and PLC splitters — consolidating your transition, patching, and splicing requirements into a single, manageable 1RU footprint.
