The Codecom CMD Pass Thru Adapter Plate provides a simple, direct-patching solution within the CMD modular chassis — no cassette, no fanout, just a clean adapter face plate that drops straight into a chassis slot and delivers immediate front-access connectivity for LC, SC, and MPO patch leads.

Each plate occupies a single CMD chassis slot and is available in 24FO LC and 12FO SC configurations across singlemode (blue), singlemode APC (green), and multimode (aqua) variants, with colour coding aligned to standard industry conventions for instant visual identification. An MPO adapter plate with key-up/key-down orientation is also available for direct MPO patching applications. Blank plates are available to cover unused slots and maintain a clean panel appearance.

Pass thru plates are ideal where pre-terminated trunks or direct patch connections are required without the additional fanout path of an MPO cassette — keeping the chassis configuration lean and the bill of materials straightforward.
