The Codecom CMD Modular Fixed Frame is a high-density, rack-mounted fibre management solution designed for data centres and enterprise networks requiring flexibility without complexity. Accepting up to 4 CMD modules or CMD pass-through adaptor plates in a single rack unit, the frame supports up to 96FO in LC configuration and is compatible with the full range of CMD MPO cassettes, adaptor plates, and keystone copper modules.

The chassis is built around front access patching with a removable hinged drop-down door for cable management and protection, rear cable entry, and a rear support bar for incoming cable strain relief. All panels are supplied unloaded — modules and adaptor plates are ordered separately — giving you complete flexibility to populate the frame to your exact application requirements, whether that’s MPO trunk breakout, direct patching, pass-through, or a mixed copper-fibre deployment.

The CMD range is available in four chassis variants to suit different installation environments: a standard 1RU fixed frame, a 1RU telescopic sliding panel, a 3RU 12-slot enclosed panel, and a 4RU 12-slot open panel — all sharing the same CMD module ecosystem.
